As for interior use, it offers a quick, trouble-free system because steel is much more stable than wood. It doesn’t expand or contract with seasonal changes and provides for less heat loss around windows and doors.

It is sustainable, inorganic and requires no chemical preservation. It is lighter, stronger and more earthquake resistant. Metal framing is fire, mold, and insect resistant.

With metal stud construction, there is less waste. The waste is recyclable. It offers less maintenance, walls with square corners that are plumb, and don’t interfere with the operation of windows and doors.
